A Ringgold woman is in the Catoosa County jail after being arrested on charges of aggravated child molestation, statutory rape, and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Kimberly Louise Watson, 30, is accused of having sexual relations with a 14-year-old boy.

According to the police report, Watson gave the victim alcohol and then had sexual contact with him.

She was arrested Monday.

If you are innocent until proven guilty...then why even be arrested???..really??...you are GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT...trust me...read in the newdpapers and the BUSTED magazine...talking about what this person has done or what that person has done ...or what he or she has been charged with...and even go as far as saying,"look who we have off of your streets".."and out of your neighborhood"...really?...you wanna go that far?...I tell you what...ignorance loves company.

Only in Catoosa County do you hear such ridiculous arguments FOR child molesters! A Ringgold man is awaiting trial in NC for raping my 15 year old daughter and his parents who live there seem to think it's alright. After reading these posts, I guess it's just acceptable there.

It costs the Sheriff Office's money to keep her in jail. They receive no money for the arrest, detention, or conviction. Some of you have been mislead about all this money for child abuse cases. The only money the Sheriff's Office gets is from the general fund, grants, drug condemnations.

If she is innocent until proven guilty why has no bond been set? Is this another Tonya Craft case of a upset neighbor?

How much federal revenue would her conviction be worth to the sheriff's department alone?

We better pray a few mischievous 15 year olds don't get any ideas.
