First Volunteer Bank recently named Danny R. Jackson and William Bruce Potts to its board of directors.

“With the addition of our new north Georgia offices, it was important to name board members who know the markets and the customers in those markets,” said Robert Anderson, chairman of the board for First Volunteer.

Jackson is president of Walter Jackson Chevrolet in Ringgold, and Potts serves as partner and co-owner of Potts Brothers Land and Auction in Rock Spring.

First Volunteer Bank is a $881 million financial institution with 24 branch offices in northwest Georgia and throughout eastern and middle Tennessee.
