A Rossville man was arrested for DUI on December 8 in the early afternoon.

According to Walker County Sheriff’s Office reports:

Randall Lamar Shirley was driving near Mohawk Street and Escalon Road at 1:43 p.m.

Shirley lives on Breezy Trail in Rossville. He was driving a green 1995 Toyota Camry near Elizabeth Terrace Baptist Church when he was pulled over for a traffic violation by Sgt. Chris Anderson of the Walker County Sheriff’s Office.

Shirley was allegedly driving while his license was suspended, had an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, and was driving while under the influence.

Walker County arrest records show that Shirley had a similar arrest on October 26, also in Rossville.
