The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Nov. 16-22, answered 1,467 calls, including 77 that were booked on a total of 168 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Claudette Mae Baxter, 34, of 82 Village Drive, Kensington, was arrested Nov. 16 for criminal attempt to sell Schedule II drugs. Baxter was released on $5,000 bond.

Richard Donald Baxter Jr., 36, of 3284 Lakeview Drive, Rossville, was arrested Nov. 16 for criminal attempt to sell Schedule II drugs. Baxter was released on $5,000 bond.

Kristen H Crandall, 33, of 2407 Garretts Chapel Road, Chickamauga, was arrested Nov. 16 for two counts of sell of Schedule II drugs. Crandall was released on $10,000 bond.

Raymond Lamar Davis, 62, of 562 Smith Road, Trenton, was arrested Nov. 16 for distribution of Schedule III drugs. Davis was released on $5,000 bond.

Terrance Lebron Davis, 33, of 1431 Carousel Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Nov. 16 for probation violation.

Icye Idella Elder, 64, of 253 Blevins Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Nov. 16 for eight counts of sell of Schedule II drugs, five counts of sell of Schedule III Drugs, nine counts of use of communication facility in committing or facilitating a felony, possession of Schedule II drugs and reckless conduct causing harm to or endangering the safety of another. Elder was released on $20,000 bond.

Anthony Dean Luke, 33, of 401 Lakeview Drive, Rossville, was arrested Nov. 16 for distribution of Schedule II drugs.

William Eugene Mitchell, 64, of 495 Cotter St., Ringgold, was arrested Nov. 16 for five counts of sell of Schedule II drugs and sell of Schedule III drugs. Mitchell was released on $30,000 bond.

Shawn Edward McPhail, 33, of 8703 Morris Hill Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Nov. 16 for probation violation.

Joshua Shane Palmer, 28, of 4306 S Terrace Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Nov. 16 for three counts of distribution of Schedule II drugs and three counts of use of communication facility in committing or facilitating a felony. Palmer was released on $30,000 bond.

Devin Allen Rhoads, 18, of 1733 Colbert Hollow Road, Rock Springs, was arrested Nov. 17 for possession of Schedule II drugs and drugs to be kept in original container. Bond has been set at $7,000.

Lloyd Hillard Whitley Jr., 46, of 110 Gas Drive, Trenton, was arrested Nov. 17 for probation violation.

Joshua Daniel Brookshire, 32, of 1103 McFarland Ave., Rossville, was arrested Nov. 18 for a bench warrant for financial transaction card fraud second offense.

William Jackson Thomas, 37, of 106 Blue Bird Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Nov. 18 for parole violation.

Robert Hilton Brown, 66, of 719 Talley Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Nov. 19 for probation violation.

Nicholas Adam Crabtree, 17, of 105 Viston Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Nov. 19 for theft by taking and criminal trespass. Crabtree was released on $6,500 bond.

Kimberly Alice Rucks, 43, of 4306 S Terrace Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Nov. 19 for distribution of Schedule II drugs.

Elizabeth Hixson Taylor, 48, of 93 Drew Lane, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Nov. 19 for sell of Schedule III drugs. Taylor was released on $5,000 bond.

Fred Jefferson Cagle, 24, of 70 Noel Lane, Rossville, was arrested Nov. 20 for false statements in matters within jurisdiction of the state, conspiracy to commit battery and simple battery under the family violence act. Cagle was released on $6,500 bond.

Felicia Renee Kerley, 34, of 155 Alex Circle, Ringgold, was arrested Nov. 20 for sell of Schedule II drugs, sell of Schedule III drugs, sell of Schedule IV drugs and criminal attempt to sell Schedule II drugs.

Robert Alexander Worley, 40, of 4909 Court Drive, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Nov. 20 for sell of Schedule II drugs and reckless conduct causing harm to or endangering the safety of another.

Michael Anthony Carpenter, 43, of Homeless, was arrested Nov. 21 for probation violation.

John Bentley Gregory, 37, of 595 Dailey Hills Road, Ringgold, was arrested Nov. 21 for probation violation and seatbelt violation.

Jennifer Michelle Pullin, 37, of 122 Pat Webb Circle, Rossville, was arrested Nov. 22 for probation violation.

Angela Ann Sims, 43, of 2120 Holcomb Road, Ringgold, was arrested Nov. 22 for theft by conversion. Sims was released on $5,000 bond.
